CIST offers at least 8 internship opportunities per year. We provide these opportunities to students from various Universities/Centers to explore career paths within the non-profit sector.

An internship with us helps not only to develop your professional skills, but also to grow your faith.

The available internship is in the department of:

-Selection Department:

  • Position: Selection Assistant
  • Duty:
    • Data entry operator
    • Field Material Organizer
    • Phone Communication
    • Manage the use of an internal application “Automatic Correction Tool”
  • Duration needed: from February to August

-IT Department:

  • Position: IT Support
  • Duty:
    • Hardware Maintenance
    • Software Installation
    • Assist in identify the problem
    • Help in Lab installation
  • Duration needed: from February to October

-External Relation Department

  • Position: External relation assistant
  • Duty:
    • First internship of DOP / SNA 2011 students
      • Make appointment with companies to introduce about CIST's internship program
      • Submit request and follow up with companies (Phone, letter, e-mail)
      • Classify students application in right folder of company
      • Prepare list of student for interview process
      • Prepare internship agreement
      • Arrange tutor list
      • Manage students' report.
  • Study Visit
    • Arrange company visit schedule
    • Submit request and follow up with company
    • Express huge thanks to company after the visit
    • Update information  in CIST website
  • Duration needed: January to December

-Administration Department

  • Position: Admin/HR/Finance Assistant
  • Duty:
    • Help in the department as assigned by the department manager
  • Duration needed: April to July
